I am having fever since last evening, and having paracetamol tablets but fever is not getting cured and persisting from 99F to 100.4F There is no any other symptom only fever is there. What to do to cure the fever.

Since last evening Wait for one more day Till then Isolate yourself Tab.dolo 650 mg 1-1-1-1 If fever spike reaches 102 f Then give covid RTPCR Check for saturation, heart rate and temperature
