My son fell from sofa yesterday evening and from night he is having temp , he is normal today daytime but again after having dinner , he had some temp... is this normal ? Should I give him any medication

Hi good evening, Did read your complaint, did he hurt his head when he had fallen from  the sofa?? Was there any episode of unconscious, fits, any other feauters???It would be just because of fear tat he is developing fever .But please do note if any thing different is seen in him for 24-48hrs .What is the weight of your child because we prescribe medicines in kids according to weight ....
