I'm getting fever with mild temperature and a bad headache every evening for last 3 days. I've been taking "ibuprofen and paracetamol" and "cefixime" tablets after consulting my family doctor. I'm feeling good the whole day, but in the evening the temperature and headache comes. What to do ?
