Since three days i am haveing fever headache and joint pain . Is it a common symptoms naw day or is it very serious .their are muscular pull also and my mouth is drying

Hello there. I can understand your concern. As of now you can take a tab. Zerodol-th8 twice a day after food for 2 days. Drink plenty of fluids. Tab. Neurobion forte once a day after food for a month. If it still persists, you can start a online consultation with me so that I can take a detailed history and suggest you further. Best regards.
