Will any vitamin deficiency cause low grade fever in between 99 to 99.8 all tests are normal such as mp,widal ,crp ,chest x ray,us abdomen scan,blood culture,mantoux,thyroid ,bp normal,what is the cause for this fever morning after 8 am it is 99 and afternoon it going 99.8 and evening after 9pm it is 98.6,from 2 months ,will any vit or die to which I am having fever , light headache,doctors pls give suggestions
