From last 2 days my kid has been  suffering from the fever I am attaching the  report shows neutrophils and lymphocytes are not in limit RBC shows normocytic hypochromic pls tell us

Report s/o of low WBC count and can be due to viral and typhoid infection Regarding normocytic hypochromic, it is due to mild iron deficiency anaemia as child hemoglobin is below 12 but doesn't require treatment.
