  4. Fever from last 1 day. What should i do?

I am having fever from past 1 day at first i had body pan and headache bt now its gone now only i have fever with temp around 101-102(no body weakness) I dont have any cough or, sneezing nor any throat irritation. I have taken only Dolo 650 as of now. Please suggest me what should i do?
