Since you do not have any other symptoms, viral fever is most likely cause. Continue take just Paracetamol 650mg whenever you get fever. No idea about homeopathic medicine as I am practitioner of Modern Medicine. If your fever continues over next 2 days, time to visit your family doctor to r/o dengue and malaria.

1.Tab Pan 40 mg once daily before breakfast. 2.Tab Dolo 650 mg as needed for fever after meals. 3.Tab Allegra M mg once daily at night after meals. 4.Tab Meftal Forte one as needed for high fever resistant to Dolo .(Max 3 Tablets per day) 5. Tab Seradic P one as needed for Joint pain ( Max 3 tablets per day ) 5. Plenty of Fluids , Soups , Coconut water. 6. Rest.  7.
