Hi Sir/Madam, My daughter is having fever from 2:00 PM it was 100.9 temperature gave her para syurb 3.5 ml now fever is lightly reduved but as of now no docotors available.. please suggest the medicine for her. She has a wound in earing area,please suggest medicine for the helaing. Thanks and regards, Lekasree Karikalan

Paracetamol isGreetings: Always provide age and weight. We calculate dose on basis of weight. Paracip is fine. Pl calculate on basis of weight 15mg per kg weight. About ear, remove her ear studs. Clean with swab of spirit twice a day. Apply betadine ointment after cleansing Keep 100% hygiene Don't forget immunization. Manage eradication of mosquito to prevent malaria, Dengue and filaria. Observe healthy,Happy positive emotional environment. Never argue or shout or argue in presence of your child. They repond by behavior problems. If any problem consult by prior appointment.

Hello. Fever can ba related to ear pierced infection as the pic is suggestive of some pus discharge from the  pierced area. Need to examine it directly to decide if antibiotic is needed or not. Meantime, you can continue fever medicine and apply soframycin ointment over earring area wound 3 times daily for 2-3 days
Next Steps
consult pediatrician for direct examination if fever does not subside in 2-3 days or before immediately if wound seems rather increasing.
