Fever since morning not reducing along with Dolo 650 given 3 times already.. fever is constant with throat pain.. Azee 250 was given twice for throat pain .. Patient is 10 years old and 56 kgs in weight please help

Give steam inhalations and hot fluids to drink. In addition to azee,give Tab combiflam 1 tab 6 hourly for 3 days. Very important,if he can't swallow fluids,it's to be considered an emergency!
