Fever for past 3 days

Have had fever for past 3 days from min 99 to max 103 and have been taking paracetamol 4 times daily however the fever is not going below 100 now. Do get shivers early morning as well. Any recommendations.

May be viral. You need to be investigated for infections of blood and urine
