Fever followed by headache

2022-01-16 16:57:16
Had a very mild sore throat. Woke up with a very high fever the following day with no sore throat, took 2 dolo 650s during the day and I felt better. The next day was better but the day after that I woke up with a headache which persisted the whole day . The pain feels like it is starting from the eye socket and radiating towards the top of my head . I have taken a naxdom. Should I be concerned and visit a physician ?
