Hi,
I have been advised to check B12 levels & CBP - B12 levels are on the lower side; and the CBP shows increased levels of absolute Neutrophil count (9120), total WBC (13500) and platelets (461000).
ESR results = 7, normal range being <20
Recently I cleaned my kitchen which had fungal spores, could this have a role to play?
I am 30years old female, and have had slight fever and burning sensation in the eyes.
Please let me know what could be the possible diagnosis. Thank you!

RAISRD PLATELET COUNT NO PROBLEM.
PLENTY OF WARM LIQUIDS.
VEGETABLE SOUP, TOMATO SOUP. IS VERY BENEFICIAL.N ENERGETIC
COMPLETE REST.
LIGHT BLEND DIET.
