At your age, recurrent fever with cough requires proper evaluation — not just paracetamol.

Your symptoms suggest post-infectious cough following bronchitis. Initially, your symptoms improves without antibiotics suggested that you have viral bronchitis .After a viral respiratory infection, cough can persist for 3–6 weeks due to airway irritation even after the infection improves.
