Ive been having hadic and fever 38, after blood test in the ER and pills for 5 days no improvement

Headache and fever is might be for simple viral infection also. And it may be for severe bacterial infection. Might be sinusitis. It requires a proper history to rule out the conditions For simple cases one Tab paracetamol might help .
