My son aged 8 years. Having cold and cough for last 4 days. Now running high fever 101.5 deg F. Gave 7 ml P250. He is feeling tired but still talking and little active. No flum in chest. Checked with local paediatrician 2 days ago. He suggested chericof. Please suggest. Thanks
