I visited my relatives place last Thursday. My cousin is pregnant and she is having cold and fever . I started experiencing cold when I'm back to my home on Monday . Not sure if it's due to water or weather change . I m having severe cold and my temperature is 102.4 on Tuesday. By night fever reduced but cold not going away with lot of mucus . I did lot of steaming and sipping hot water through out the day. Sometimes I'm feeling really cold but sometimes I'm sweating . Today having lot of caugh accompanied by plum . I'm feeling extremely fatigued. Is it normal cold or any viral infection? Please suggest any remedies?

Better to consult with a General Physician in your area for a physical examination. It could be a bacterial infection too.
