I am suffering from cold and fever from last three days but only in evening. In the day I feel OK when I took medicine. Please help me out.Is this a viral fever or symptoms of any disease?

Hi history of just fever and cold doesn't lead to diagnosis... we also require history of cough or vomiting or loose stools / joint pains  along with examination to draw conclusion....
