Fever cold and body pain during pregnanc

Hi, Am currently running 19th week of my pregnancy.from yesterday evening I have got cold and having sever body pain and feels like having mild fever though the body temperature is not high. Please suggest if this is normal and any medicine can be taken

You can take paracetamol for fever to reduce if still fever persists kindly consult for further evaluation
