From last 2 days , I have a fever ranging from 102-100 °F on and off. I have also experienced episodes of chills and body ache. I have been feeling tired but I am able to do day to day work. I have taken pcm both these days. Today is the third day. Any advice?

If you have cough or breathing problems  plus any history of travel out of country or contact with a person who has recently a travel history then get yourself tested for COVID. Tab Paracetamol SOS for fever Hydrate well Do warm saline gargles

Fever associated with chills usually happens in viral infection or urinary infection. U can continue t.dolo650mg 1-1-1 after food x 3daz. Drink plenty of liquids. Check few tests CBP PARASITE F AND V CUE
