Fever ,bodyache and cough

Since last 3 days ,I am having 100_101.5 fever and cough.(I haven't got myself tested for Covid)there is no cold or phlegm. Last month too I had same issue but I had lots of phlegm coming out with cough.(didn't take any antibiotics, only steam inhalation). What treatment should I take for how long? Please advise and oblige! Thank you!

First please get tested for COVID as it is in rise again. If you are having recurrent fever and cough please get CBC and  X ray chest PA view Till then take Tab.Paracetamol 650mg TDS x2 days after meals Continue steam inhalation Warm water gargle 3-4 times a day
