Fever at night daily

2020-04-28 22:05:17
Hello Dr My body temperature rises to 99-99.5 between 10-12 every night. I stay active during the day with no fever at all but at night, suddenly i feel pain in body, headache sometimes and 99-99.5 temperature. This is happening from last 10 days approximately. Please suggest me what to do. I take paracetamol when the temperature rises and it gets normal after an hour or so.
