Hello mam A person with a high grade does have these symptoms of weakness lethargy and it’s quite common after viral fever It’s good to know fever has gone down and u recovery is well. Please include lots of fruits in ur diet Stay hydrated U should take some multivitamins At last I would suggest u should get ur self tested for covid -19 as u have fever high grade . Only if u fever persists or u have any history of contact travel . Anitibiotcs fine and should be continued for 5 days Dolo can be taken for fever and keep it so’s if there is fever
