Fever and swelling
My son 4.10 years old is suffering from fever since yesterday evening, we consulted a doctor and he Prescribed Riaspas -ds syrup and Myokasr - L syrup and night rashe started and his face got swelling so much. Then I gave Atarax syrup 4 ml once in the mid night and 5 ml second dose in the morning. Still rashes didn't got controlled. Please suggest me in this regard.

Start paracetamol syrup 250mg per 5ml. 1tsf sos. Normally we caculate dose 15mg per kg of weight.. please let me know the respond. We donot know the cause. If it is viral , it will help. If it does not help report and consult through Practo
