Does this indicate infection? Have fever,heavy headache ,rashes in hand n feet and platelets count is 67000

Platelets 67000/- you need to get hospitalise for Dengue . Don’t ignore . Take lots of fluids to drink and don’t take ibuprofen.. take plain Paracetamol 650 3 times a day and repeat platelets every day which can be done in hospital setting.
