I am getting high fever from 8pm til 12 am. N my head is paining very badly. Only the head portion remains hot and the body remains cold. Dont understand what is the problem though i was having migraine medicines recently.

The fever is in the evening pattern so most likely it could be typhoid fever or other causes code b respiratory tract infection problem with your urine Headache common during fever. Hello good morning dear. Be cool and relax first. I can understand your situation. Problem of treating the patient with headache is itself a headache. But nothing to worry. Every problem is having solution. Let us come to your problem. Your fever to treated  and it may be due to your headache . Your headache is not migraine as u r not having any associated symptoms like nausea, vomiting , gastritis etc.
