Suffering from fever and headache from last 3 days. Fever gradually increases at night, generally feels cold also. Running nose and nasal congestion, vomiting also a problem.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. As of now you can take a tab. Paracetamol 650mg thrice a day after food. Since its a three day fever, i would recommend you to get a complete blood count, urine complete , MP, Widal test done and consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
