Having fever with headache and body pain. Wht medicine should I take? I m taking ayurvedic medicines which Dr.Himanshu has prescribed.

Please Take Tab febrex plus 3/4th Tab Twice a day Tab rablet 1 on empty stomach Tab azithral 250 mg 1 Sy grillinctus 1 tsf three times a day All for 3 days Reconsult if needed
