I have a 9 month old son who is teething now but the problem is that he has a fever which is around 100 to 102 F°. He is also having diarrhea. I am giving him Paracetamole Syrup, Enterogermina Liquid, and O2 Syrup, Darolac Suspension as prescribed by the doctor but the fever comes intermittently. Can I give him Xone 125mg and Amicine 100mg Iv injection.

It's most likely a viral infection which will take 5 to 7 days to improve
Next Steps

Health Tips
Continue what has been prescribed. Give ors to prevent dehydration and zinc to improve immunity

Seems like a viral infection. Hydration and temperature management is more important. Give boiled water cooled. Urine output should be adequate. If blood present in stool, will need antibiotics

Antibiotics don't help viral diarrheas in anyway, which take anywhere between 3 to 10 days to resolve. Do not worry till the child is otherwise active, taking enough liquids orally, doesn't have any pus or blood in stool.
