Fever and Cough
My 8 years son having Fever and Cough since yesterday, we are given P250, Azee 250 and Alex Junior syrup medicine which are referred by local RMP doctor in my village. But fever not controlled. Could you please help me, is there any other medication required.

For his weight please give him P 250 Syrup 5 ml every 6 hours once.
If you have started Azee then please continue for total five days.
In case you have not started Azee then please don’t give it …you can wait and give later if cough has not stopped.
You can give Alex junior syrup 5 ml three times a day for five days.
Viral fever will last for minimum 3-5 days. Until then he will continue to have fever and cough. So without fail please continue the treatment mentioned.
His weight is quiet less for his age. It should be around 22-25 at least. Have you consulted anyone regarding his weight?
