I had fluctuating fever from last week, had a small dry cough. I also take voveran D on regular basis, as I have Ankylosing Spondilities, Have taken PCM -650mg a quantity of 3 and Azithromycin 500mcg as well, Please suggest, should I go for COVID test or not ? Or which test is best or what should I do further ?
