I am having fever arpund 100 to 101 with strong backache. And mild headache. Also vomited twice in the morning. Please suggest with some medication.

It might be Acute gastroenteritis No worries I will prescribe some safe medications Try for 3days If not cured then u need to be examined 1) Tab.metronidazole 400mg 1-1-1 × 3days 2) Tab.Dolo 650mg 1-0-1 × 3days 3) Tab Pantop 40mg 1-0-0 × 3days.in empty stomach 4)Tab Emeset 4mg 1-1-1 × 3days I will advise some investigations CBC LFTCRP USG ABDOMEN &PELVIS
