Dear Dr, My son is 21 months old , was Corona positive around 12 day's before and that time he has fever also for 2 days. From yesterday he has fever again came and had 3 episode loose motion. His situration is 98 . And fever maximum coming 99.F. please suggest medicine.he is active as of now . Fever coming from yesterday at evening time only. Please suggest

1) Monitor temperature every 6hrly 2) Give WHO ORS - Dissolve 1 Packet in 1 litre water and  give 50 ml after  every stool 3) Syp Zinconia 5ml Once a day
