My baby 2.7 year old weight 12 kg got fever at night temp 99.5 F . Can i give her half tablet of Paracetamol of 500 mg. Or how much quantity i need to administer. Can i give her Vitamin - C Chewing tablet (Limcee) as its an natural antibiotic. Please advise.
