Hi thanks for writing to Practo consult.  Please give fever medicine paracetamol  every 4-6 hours and wipe baby from Top to toe with normal tap water. Since its high grade fever, the underlying cause of fever needs to be determined by examination. Meanwhile you may offer plenty of lukewarm water to drink and fruit juice to get hydration.
