Is fetal reduction safe procedure. Is there any chance of complete miscarriage. Does it cause any bleeding. What is better spontaneous miscarriage of one or more feotus itself or by this process

Even before you consider this procedure your dr will  give u counselling and you will have to sign a consent form stating it may cause complications or  miscarriage.  So please consider all options before you make a choice .
