Fetal movements  on stitches area n belo

Hi, This is my second pregnancy. I'm 21 weeks pregnant. Done with tiffa which is normal.. Im having movements but not in tummy or abdomen.. I'm feeling movements in my stitches area and even below.. As per tiffa scan CL is 3.1 Why am I having movements there? Is this normal?
