  4. Fetal cerebral ventricles. I treat this?

Fetal cerebral ventricles

In my anomoly scan report its mentioned fetal head cerebral lateral left ventricles appears prominent and measures 10 mm to artium. And right ventricles 5 mm to artium.. what this mean? Is this serious issue? How can i treat this? I am attaching my report
