I have a DNS and feel uneasiness once in 15 days on an average with no cold  , I take nasivion and I get relief. Had xray on a regular day and it shows patchy radio opacities in bilaterial maxillary sinuses and mild soft tissue hypertrophy over bilateral inferior nasal turbinates. Will fess and Septoplasty help in curing them permanently , this is something happening from long time?

By uneasiness what do u mean ? Do u get frequent headache ? Nose block ? Breathing difficulty ? Don't use nasivion frequently ...it is not advisable .. Attach a pic of the scan
