Hi, I am currently 32 weeks pregnant type 2 diabetic, I wanted to ask that can I drink fenugreek boiled water along with ginger and tulsi leaves for cough, is fenugreek seeds help me maintain my sugar, is it safe during pregnancy, please kindly suggest it would be really helpful.
