So recently I completed my second course of antibiotics for h pylori. I have observed that i get feet tingling type burning randomly, which goes away within a minute or two... Is this the side effect of the antibiotics? I was on doxt sl and amoxyclav.. please help me, has the medicines caused b12 deficiency? Or some kind of neurotoxicity?

Consumtion of antibiotics for a short period may not cause neurotoxicity. You may have Vit B12 deficiency. Consult physician.

Not because of antibiotics. It can be because of h pylori as  it  can prevent the stomach from being able to absorb the vitamin B12 you consume and leads to a deficiency of vitamin B12. Even vegetarians have vit b12 deficiency as non vegetarian food is the only source of vitamin b12. Get your serum vit b12 levels checked of you can . Or you can start taking tab methylcobalamine 1500 mcg one's in a day after food for a month. Drink plenty of water. Do some physical activity.
