We would like to suggest that you should do some exercise daily, you can start with 5 and gradually increase this to 30 minutes. Please note down the things that make you anxious and after a while, you will find a pattern that it could be because of a person or situation. Please take complete rest and you will find it easier to handle the situations, spend some time on your hobbies, please avoid the negative people in the circle.
