I'm sorry you're going through this. Your symptoms are real and deserve a proper medical evaluation. Persistent dizziness, headaches, fatigue, poor sleep, blurred vision, memory problems, and feeling disconnected can have both physical and mental health causes. These may include anxiety, depression, migraine, vitamin deficiencies, thyroid disorders, anemia, sleep disorders, or neurological conditions. It is not possible to diagnose the exact cause online, especially since your symptoms have lasted 7–8 months. A detailed assessment by a physician/neurologist and a psychiatrist is recommended to identify the underlying cause. The good news is that most of these conditions are treatable once the correct diagnosis is made.
Next Steps
Consult a physician or neurologist and a psychiatrist for a detailed evaluation. You may require a physical examination and basic blood tests (CBC, thyroid profile, vitamin B12, vitamin D, blood sugar) and further tests if indicated. If you develop severe headache, weakness, repeated vomiting, seizures, or thoughts of self-harm, seek emergency medical care immediately.
Health Tips
Maintain regular sleep, stay hydrated, eat balanced meals, and avoid alcohol or recreational drugs. Do not ignore these symptoms or self-medicate—early diagnosis and treatment can make a significant difference.

Hello,I'm sorry to hear that you're going through such a difficult time. The symptoms you've described—persistent headaches, dizziness, fatigue, sleep difficulties, racing thoughts, memory problems, blurred vision, and feeling disconnected—should not be ignored. They can have both physical and psychological causes, so it's important to get a proper assessment rather than trying to manage them alone.
Next Steps
I would encourage you to visit my clinic/online sessions for a detailed psychological evaluation. We can discuss your symptoms, understand what may be contributing to them, and work together on a treatment plan that best suits your needs. If necessary, I'll also guide you regarding any medical evaluation that may be required. Please don't lose hope—many people experiencing similar symptoms improve significantly with the right diagnosis and treatment. You don't have to go through this alone. Hey It sounds like you’ve been struggling for a long time, and these symptoms are clearly affecting your daily life. Constant dizziness, headaches, fatigue, poor sleep, racing thoughts, feeling disconnected, and blurred vision can sometimes be linked to anxiety, depression, chronic stress, or a medical condition, so it’s important not to ignore them. A thorough medical check-up with a physician or neurologist is a good first step to rule out physical causes, and meeting with a psychologist can help if stress or anxiety is contributing. You don’t have to keep suffering alone, and with the right assessment, these symptoms are treatable. Take therapy. You can connect with me on nine two six six seven two six zero six five.
