My left ear feels like ear fullness and discomfort in hearing i actually consulted a doctor last week he tested my ear and gave me some medicines for infection but now also repeated same probl;em i have some cold

Review with your doctor as the problem isn't solved yet..some ENT problems need sometime and regular follow up to get relieved completely..
