Middle back pain, fullness in my chest..somewhat discomfort..heartbeat is more..mng milkman rang the bell, i woke up with a shock n even now my heart beat is more..dear doctors help me with my problem??

It is due to anxiety. As you're already on medication, dosage needs to be adjusted. Kindly consult with a Psychiatrist.
