Hi These are the symptoms of anxiety. consult a psychiatrist if you are comfortable with taking medications, it will help your anxiety symptoms. You may also speak to Clinical psychologists, who are trained in psychotherapy and can help you overcome these symptoms.
Next Steps

Health Tips
Try to observe your thoughts before you go in some social situation. Thoughts in our mind make us feel anxious at times. And the symptoms you are having are the physiological symptoms of anxiety. Try some breathing exercises ( simple deep breathing) can also help.
