Eat at regular timings, that is 8 - 9 AM breakfast, 1-2 PM lunch, 8 - 10 PM dinner.. Snacks inbetween.
Avoid oily, spicy and fast foods..
Eat vegetables and fruits regularly
Sleep for atleast 7 hrs a day
Exercise atleast 30 min/ day
Reduce alcohol if any
Reduce smoking if any
