Feeling Weak

Since last 2 days I am feeling weak and also desire to eat something has decreased. I have took a CBC attached with this.

Your CBP appears normal.. You need to consider your life style, sleep patterns and emotional issues..
Next Steps
Eat at regular timings, that is 8 - 9 AM breakfast, 1-2 PM lunch, 8 - 10 PM dinner.. Snacks inbetween. Avoid oily, spicy and fast foods.. Eat vegetables and fruits regularly Sleep for atleast 7 hrs a day Exercise atleast 30 min/ day Reduce alcohol if any Reduce smoking if any

Do not eat spicy foods and fast foods Do not eat late at night or just before you go to bed
