Feeling very weak after viral fever

This is the 5th day of viral fever. I see that the other symptoms are under control except that I am feeling so weak..I took amoxycillin 500 mg twice a day for 5 days and paracetamol and montek lc. Also I have excessive congestion in chest .. please advise medicine for me
