Feeling tired-is it because of diabetes?

I recently got my blood sugar tested and I found out that I am diabetic, I am taking my medicine as prescribed but along with that I am having problems like body pain,problem in breathing while walking or climbing stairs, obesity. so my doubt is is it because of sugar or something else ?

Please share your complete report. Your symptoms can be because of diabetes medicine causing low sugar but also could be due to other issues which need to be investigated

Hi., I can understand your concern. Yes, the tiredness can be due to diabetes and the other issues can also be due to various reasons. Take tab meganeueon od night after food for one month.
