Feeling sudden pain in the right breast

Hello, My Sister is feeling sharp pain in every few minutes in the right breast not in the entire area but only in the parasternal feild to be precise , please find a screenshot. This pain started on the day after mensuration cycle came. Never experienced such pain in the past. No other medical history. Please suggest. Thank you

Needs physical examination. It could be as simple as acid regurgitation or could be mastitis. Try taking antacids, if no relief refer a gynaecologist. Usg breast or mammogram will help.
